2. Access & Registration
Access to pricing, quoting tools, and ordering is available only to approved registered retailers.
Users must complete the registration form. After verification, SA Global Flooring will create an account and notify the user.
We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.
3. Orders & Payments
Approved users can place orders through our online platform.
All payments are accepted via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only.
No orders are processed or dispatched before full payment reflects in our account.
4. Delivery
We deliver across South Africa.
Delivery costs are calculated based on order weight, quantity, and destination and will be communicated upon checkout or quote.
Delivery timeframes vary and are provided on a best-effort basis.
5. Returns & Warranties
All products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, stated clearly on each product page.
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the client’s expense unless otherwise arranged.
6. Use of Online Tools & Calculators
Tools such as our Flooring Quote Calculator are designed for approved retailers to generate real-time quotes for clients.
You must be logged in to use these tools.
All data entered and calculated (including room measurements, selected products, and customer details) is collected and stored for quality assurance, feature improvements, and internal analytics.
We do not share this data with any third parties.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information.
All data collected is used solely for processing orders, customer service, and internal analytics.
