Returns are accepted on flooring products only.
No returns will be accepted on underlays, profiles, accessories, or any non-flooring items.
Return period: Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Condition: All returned flooring must be in original, sealed boxes and in resalable condition. Opened, damaged, or marked boxes will not be accepted.
No cash refunds.
Approved returns are credited to your account only.
No exceptions or negotiations will be allowed.
